Sushi Nova offers a unique atmosphere of being at a conveyer belt sushi restaurant without the old sushi that sits on conveyor belts. All sushi is made after you order it so you can enjoy the best sushi, freshly made at the tip of your fingertips.

Each seat comes equipped with it's own tablet with several languages provided for easy navigation. 
Use the device to place an order, and sushi will come straight to you! (simple huh? This is a high-tech innovation from standard conveyer belt sushi shops in which the sushi goes round and round.^^

Nowadays it's commonplace to find these services but it's nice to see something as traditional as a sushi restaurant making necessary changes to keep up with the times. Now you can enjoy a great meal, while relaxing with your mobile device. 

English Menus!

Select interface languages from English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese!^^ Makes ordering much more simple when you know what you're actually ordering. After punching in your order you'll be asked to confirm you order before actually ordering.

You're in control of not just what your order, but also the quantity. Make sure you sample a lot of different fish to find the one you enjoy best.
Flatfish 180 yen + tax

There's also an option to have wasabi inserted between the fish and the rice beneath it. For those of you who don't do well with hot or spicy foods, we'd recommend avoiding the wasabi!^^
Horse mackerel 180 yen + tax

It's hard to convey in pictures just how deliciously fresh the seafood is. It's like someone had just caught it prior to us ordering and served it up on a platter!^^
Salmon 240 yen + tax

The portions are also quite generous, as you can see with this gunkan-maki. The salmon roe is actually overflowing!!

Even if you're not used to eating raw fish, Sushi-Nova has an alternative for you. Imagine taking vegetables and decorating them in the shape of sushi, mMmm bon appétit! And healthy too!!

Sweets are available to those who are interested. Cakes, pudding, cream puffs and ice cream all round out the high quality dessert menu. The best part is the menu changes every 3 months. (I wonder what they'll have next!?)

If you're anxious to give the whole sushi thing a try then bottle up your courage and bring it over to Sushi-Nova in Shibuya. You can enjoy sushi at your own pace, while relaxing using Wi-Fi on your mobile device. You also don't have to worry if you don't speak any Japanese, everything can be controlled using the tablet!
