Kanazawa, une Ville à l’Histoire et aux Traditions Préservées
Kanazawa se trouve dans la partie centrale du Japon, plus précisément dans la préfecture d’Ishikawa. La ville est également inscrit au Patrimoine de l’UNESCO en tant que Ville créative d’artisanat et d’arts populaires. C’est pour cette raison que vous trouverez de nombreux artisans perpétrant les traditions d’antan.
De plus, Kanazawa a été épargnée des guerres et catastrophes naturelles pendant plus de 400 ans lui conférant l’appellation de ‘Ville de la chance’! Elle est aussi connue sous le nom de ‘Seconde Kyoto' puisque les rues et bâtiments de l’Epoque Edo sont encore en état et visible aujourd’hui.

Cette rue s’étalant sur plus de 200 mètres de long est un peu exemple pour retranscrire l’ambiance des allées traditionnelles japonaises. C’est également un lieu photogénique qui vous plongera dans l’Epoque Edo. En plus des différentes maisons de thé, vous trouverez également des restaurants de luxe tenus par des geishas. Pour informations, le film 'Mémoires d’une Geisha' a également été tourné ici!
Un parking se trouve non loin de la rue principale donc ne soyez pas inquiet pour trouver une place afin de vous garer.

Au côté du ‘Kairaku-en’ à Ibaraki et du ‘Koraku-en’ à Okayama, le Jardin Kenroku (兼六園, ‘Kenroku-en’) est considéré comme l’un des trois plus beaux jardins du Japon. Au printemps sous les cerisiers, en automne sous les érables ou même en hiver, il offre tout au long de l’année des paysages magnifiques.
C’est le jardin du château de Kanazawa et a été préservé depuis l’Epoque Edo. Il a été dévoilé au public le 7 Mai 1874, nommé Site National de Beauté Naturelle en 1922 et inscrit en tant que Trésor National en 1985. Mais alors qu’est-ce qu’il a de si spécial?
① Une flore magnifique
Pendant la période printanière vous pourrez y contempler les fleurs de cerisiers mais aussi les cardamines. A vrai dire, ici, vous pourrez apprécier la flore évoluer au gré des saisons. Chaque année entre Juin et Août vous pourrez admirer le très spécial ‘Somei Yoshino Sakura’.
② Testez les maisons de thé
Ici aussi vous retrouverez de nombreuses maisons de thé traditionnelles. Posez vous sur un banc et dégustez votre thé vert avec une part de gâteau japonais, un moyen parfait pour vous détendre. Vous pouvez également vous procurez les souvenirs dont vous avez besoin!
③ A deux pas du Château de Kanazawa
A dix minutes de marche du jardin se trouve le Château de Kanazawa. Nous vous conseillons de vous procurer les pass qui vous permettent à la fois de visiter le château et le Kenroku-en (💴 : 500 yens)

④ Chiri Hama Nagisa Driveway, une Ballade en 4 Roues
C’est à proprement parler la seule plage où vous pouvez conduire au Japon! Profitez de cette expérience nouvelle en bordant la côte sur plus de 8 kilomètres! C’est un endroit adoré des publicitaires mais aussi des réalisateurs. Roulez sur la plage, admirez le coucher de soleil! Cependant restez vigilant, d’autres personnes viennent également roulez en bord de mer!
A vrai dire la plage est fréquentée en été par les visiteurs venant se baigner. Il y a également quelques cafés en période estivale mais aussi des événements de créations artistiques sur sable.

Some destinations are popular regardless of the season, like Risshakuji Temple, AKA Yamadera, Ginzan Onsen's nostalgic old-fashioned streets, and Zao's Okama Lake, all great for taking pictures. Yamagata is also the place to try Yonezawa beef, one of the top 3 varieties of wagyu beef.

Kagoshima Prefecture played a major role in Japan's modernization as a backdrop for famous historical figures like samurais Saigo Takamori and Okubo Toshimichi, who pushed Japan out of the Edo era and into the Meiji.
